摘　　要：目的:探讨术中超声在肝癌手术中的应用价值。方法:观察107例肝癌手术患者,术中实施超声检查。结果:术中超声、术前超声、CT对比表明,在肝实质肿瘤、小肝癌和转移灶中,术中超声优于术前超声和CT。结论:术中超声图像清晰定位准确,在确定肝切除量和手术的完整性上有不可比拟的优势。Objective To summarize the feasibility of intraoperative ultrasonography(IUS) in hepatic cancer resection.Methods A total of 107 patients with hepatic cancer underwent IUS during operation.Results It demonstrated that IUS is superior to preoperative ultrasonography and computed tomography in exhibiting hepatic cancer such as little hepatoma and metastatic carcinoma.Conclusion US provide a precise way to locate and resect cancer.
