喉癌患者术后肠内营养支持疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察喉癌手术后应用不同的肠内营养支持方法对患者术后治疗效果的影响。方法:选择喉癌患者51例,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组24例,使用立适康(短肽型)+立适康(纤维型)进行营养支持;对照组27例,使用自制匀浆膳。并分别测定术前及术后7d营养相关指标。结果:试验组平均住院日、体重、白蛋白、球蛋白与对照组比较无显著性差异。但血浆前白蛋白、淋巴细胞均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:喉癌术后肠内营养支持对于机体营养状况及免疫功能的恢复是十分有利的。使用短肽型配合整蛋白型肠内营养制剂进行营养支持,可以减轻对病人胃肠道的刺激,对患者营养状况及免疫功能恢复也比自制匀浆膳更好。Objective:To evaluate the curative effects of different enteral nutrition support for the postoperative patients with larynx tumor.Methods:Fifty one pathologically confirmed larynx tumor inpatient was randomized into therapy group and control group.The therapy group(24 patients)was given short peptidc and intacted protein enteral nutrition and the control group(27 patients)was given homogenated diet.The nutritional index were monitored 1th days before operation,7th days after opertion respectivcely.Results:...
