摘　　要：目的:研究在喉乳头状瘤及其癌变组织中PTEN蛋白表达及DNA含量的变化,探讨喉乳头状瘤癌变的机制。方法:以正常喉黏膜作对照,应用流式细胞测定技术检测20例喉乳头状瘤、15例喉乳头状瘤伴不典型增生及16例喉乳头状瘤恶变组织中PTEN蛋白表达及DNA含量变化。结果:喉乳头状瘤、喉乳头状瘤伴不典型增生及喉乳头状瘤恶变组织中PTEN蛋白表达逐渐降低,DNA含量逐渐升高,经统计学分析,喉乳头状瘤与恶变组织中PTEN蛋白表达与DNA含量差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:PTEN蛋白异常表达及DNA含量变化可能在喉乳头状瘤恶变机制中发挥重要作用。Objective:To investigate the expression of PTEN protein and analyse DNA content in laryngeal papilloma and its malignant transformation.Methods:20 cases of laryngeal papilloma,15 cases of laryngeal papilloma with epithelial dysplasia and 16 cases of laryngeal papilloma with malignant transformation were examined for PTEN protein expression and the changes of DNA content by flow cytometry.Results:From laryngeal papilloma without epithelial dysplasia tissues to laryngeal papilloma with epithelial dysplasia an...
