摘　　要：犊牛代用乳中的蛋白成分是成本和培育效果的决定性因素,然而过去单一依赖乳蛋白为蛋白源的状况已面临着资源有限和成本过高的困境。目前,为降低代用乳的成本,较多的非乳动物蛋白和植物性蛋白已开发出来作为犊牛代用乳的蛋白源,并取得了较好的效果。综述了各种代用乳蛋白源的特点、制作流程和存在问题,并对未来发展作了展望。Protein source of calf milk replacer(CMR) determines the cost and feed effect in calves. However, milk protein which is main protein source used in the past has faced the resource restriction and high cost predicament.
