摘　　要：孵化器绩效评价体系中的环境因素,在一定程度上与企业相似,也包括“天”、“地”、“彼”、“己”及“顾客”五个方面。“天”指外部一般环境;“地”指企业竞争所处的行业环境;“彼”指企业竞争对手;“己”指企业自身条件;“顾客”指企业为之提供产品或服务的消费者。The circumstance elements in the BI performance appraisal system are similar to those of an enterprise to some extent.It contains five parts: the general outside atmosphere,the trade atmosphere in which companies compete in,the companies that compete with,the conditions of the company,and the customers to whom companies provide products or services.
