摘　　要：以现代教育理论为依据,遵循英语学习规律,合理发挥多媒体教育技术的优势,改革体育类高等院校英语教学模式,本文提出一种由三个互相衔接、逐步过渡的教学模块组成的新教学模式,旨在强化英语基础的同时培养学生自主学习的能力,寻找有效提高体育类院校学生英语综合应用水平的手段和途径。通过探索性实验教学,验证了设计模式的科学性和可操作性。Guided by modern educational theories, the college English teaching mode, combined with modern multimedia technology, should be designed to explore valid teaching means and approaches to promote English application ability among athletic college students. This paper proposes a new teaching mode with three progressive teaching sections , which strengthens students English foundation and develops their autonomous learning ability as well. The designed mode has been proved scientific and feasible.
