摘　　要：综述脊柱胸腰段经椎弓根螺钉固定应用解剖学进展,阐述了胸腰段脊柱椎弓根各项数据测量结果对临床的指导意义。总结了胸腰段脊柱解剖学测量的研究成果和需要进一步研究的方向。Lots of papers are reviewed in order to investigate the new development of clinical anatomy on thoracolumbar spine pedicle screw fixation.The feature of the pedicle on thoracolumbar spine and its clinical significance are elaborated.The review summarizes present situation and unhandled question on thoracolumbar spine pedicle screw fixation.
