摘 要:供应链分销系统的成本主要由固定成本、运输成本、存货成本和缺货成本组成。如何在不减少产品销量的前提下降低供应链分销系统的成本是供应链管理的一个难题。基于一个供应商、一个仓库、多个分销中心的供应链分销模型的分析,结合仓库的选址提出了需求和仓库容量不确定条件下一个供应商、多个仓库、多个分销中心的集中控制的供应链分销系统优化模型,并用禁忌算法对模型求解,数值模拟的结果表明模型对需求和仓库容量不确定条件下集中控制的供应链分销系统的优化是有效的。The distribution cost comprises four items: fixed costs,transportation costs,inventory holding costs and backordering costs in the supply chain. It is a difficult problem how to reduce the total expected distribution cost on the base of keeping the sales in the supply chain management.In this paper,we proposed an optimization model of distribution with a supplier,multi-warehouses and multi-distribution-centers based on analyzing a distribution model with single supplier,warehouse and multi-distribution-center under the condition of centralized control and uncertainty demand and capacity of depot,solves the model with tabu search algorithm.The simulating results denote that it is effective to use our model optimizing the distribution system in the supply chain under the condition of uncertainty demand and capacity of depot.
