摘　　要：学习型组织理论是当今社会一种重要的教育思想。本文阐释了学习型组织理论的基本内涵和特征;论述了运用学习型组织理论创新高校德育理念和德育模式的基本思路和原则;对高校德育工作改革创新和增强实效性进行了有益的探索。The Learning-organization Theory is a critical educational thought today.This paper elaborated the basic contents and features of the Learning-organization Theory,and discussed the basic ideas and principles of moral ideas and moral patterns innovation in colleges and universities by applying the learing-organization theory.
