摘　　要：运用计算机构造了既不含实边K3、也不含虚边K4、还不含10顶点独立集的131阶循环图,得到了三色Ramsey数R(3,4,10)的下界:R(3,4,10)≥132.A method is put forward to establish the lower bounds for the 3-color classical Ramsey numbers.With this method the new explicit lower bound is obtained using a computer.
