摘　　要：当前学校德育工作的突出问题是德育实效不高,忽视学生的道德需要是其主要原因,关注学生道德需要,要把构建学生道德需要情境作为道德教育的出发点,提升道德需要层次作为教育的主线,学生道德需要的自觉外化作为道德教育的落脚点。Inefficiency of moral education and ignorance of the necessity of students' morality is the key problem in the ethic education of higher education. To solve the problem we should begin with the construction of the students' sentimental enviounment,focus on raising the standard of moral needs and aim at the students' conscious moral behaviour.
