摘　　要：学校群众体育工作是学校体育工作的重要组成部分.为了适应时代的发展需要,构建和谐学校,提高生活质量,提倡休闲余暇,增进师生身心健康,丰富群众文化生活,开展多样文体活动,也是学校体育工作改革的一个重要方法.School mass Physical Education is the important component of school Physical Education.In order to meet the requirements of new period and build harmonious campus so as to improve life quality and advocate lying fallow,with the purpose of promoting physical and mental health of staff and students and enriching mass cultural life,carrying through various cultural and physical activities is the important way to reform school Physical Education work.
