摘 要:研究了0.068%Ti(质量分数)的Ti-IF钢在铁素体区热轧、冷轧和再结晶过程中其微观组织和织构的变化规律,重点分析了不同阶段的第二相粒子的形态与分布情况,并对其力学性能进行了测试。实验结果与普通轧制的IF钢相比较有以下几个特征:铁素体轧制的Ti-IF钢板退火后晶粒尺寸比普通轧制IF钢大且尺寸均匀,铁素体轧制的TI-IF钢中出现了粗大的TiS,Ti4C2S2和较细小的FeTiP第二相析出物,同时形成强烈的γ纤维织构,其R值可达到2.9。The evolution of microstructure and texture of 0.068% Ti-IF steel during warmrolling in the ferrite region,cold-rolling and recrystallization process were studied.The pattern and distribution of second-phase particles in the different processes were analyzed and the mechanical properties were measured at the same time.The results show that compared with hot-rolling,the grain size of recrystallized Ti-IF steel after warm-rolling in the ferrite region is bigger and more homogenous distribution.Coarse TiS,Ti4C2S2 and fine FeTiP second-phase particles appear in recrystallized Ti-IF steel after warm-rolling in the ferrite region.A strong recrystallized γ-fiber texture component is formed in the steel sheet and the value of R is 2.9.
