摘 要:用正交试验设计方法分别优化了溶剂回流提取、超声波辅助提取和微波辅助提取3种提取方法中一次提取姜黄色素的最佳工艺条件,对比最佳提取工艺条件下一次提取姜黄色素的得率分别为2.53%、3.22%和3.61%,其一次提取率分别为62.6%、79.7%和89.3%。试验结果表明,微波辅助提取法具有高效、省时等优点,特别适合对姜黄色素的提取。By orthogonal experiment, extraction of curcumin from rhizome of Curcuma longa Linn. with metheds of conventional solvent , ultrasonic and microwave assisted extraction were studied. Under optimum extraction conditions, the yields of curcumin by these methods were 2.53% , 3.22% , 3.61% with one-time extraction respectively, and the extraction yields were 62.6% , 79.7% , 89.3% respectively. Microwave assisted extraction has a bright prospect in the curcumin extraction with the characteristics of considerable time saving and high extraction efficiency.
