摘  要:目的探讨胰岛素样生长因子-1受体(IGF-1R)在食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)中的表达及意义。方法免疫组织化学方法检测118例ESCC手术切除标本及20例癌旁正常组织中IGF-1R、Ki-67及Bcl-2的表达情况。结果ESCC中IGF-1R、Ki-67及Bcl-2呈高表达,阳性率分别为80.51%、81.36%和59.32%;IGF-1R及Ki-67表达程度与肿瘤组织分化程度负相关;Bcl-2表达程度与肿瘤组织分化程度正相关;IGF-1R表达与是否伴淋巴结转移有关;且IGF-1R表达与Ki-67及Bcl-2表达呈正相关。结论调控细胞增殖及凋亡可能是IGF-1R参与ESCC发生发展的主要机制,并可用于评价ESCC是否伴有淋巴结转移。Objective To study the relationship between the expressions of insulin-like growth factor I receptor(IGF-1R) and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).Methods 118 cases of surgical resected ESCC specimens and 20 cases of normal tissues(sampled far from the tumor,as control) were enrolled.The expressions of IGF-1R,Ki-67 and bcl-2 were examined with immunohistochemical method. Results The positivity and staining intensity of IGF-1R,Ki-67 and bcl-2 in ESCC were higher than those in normal tissues.Positive immunological reaction of IGF-1R,Ki-67 and bcl-2 were found in(80.51%),81.36% and 59.32% in examined tumor samples,respectively.The expressions of IGF-1R and Ki-67 showed negatively correlated with the histological grade(r=-0.314,P<0.001;r=-0.320,P<(0.001)).However,the expression of bcl-2 showed positively correlated with the histological grade(r=(0.319),P=0.001).No relationship was found between the expression of IGF-1R in ESCC tissues by ages or sex.However,the expression of IGR-1R were associated with lymph node metastasis.[WTFZ]Conclusion IGF-1R played important role in the carcinogenesis of ESCC through the regulation of apoptosis and proliferation of ESCC cells,which implied it may be a potential marker of prognostic evaluation of lymph node metastasis of ESCC.
