摘 要:目的建立和评价Beagle犬硬膜下血肿的形成与手术清除后恢复期模型。方法健康Beagle犬40只,分为3组:正常组4只;实验组32只,通过右侧颞叶硬膜下球囊注水致自主呼吸停止,给予气管插管及辅助呼吸,在不同时间窗(15,30,45,60 min)行去除水囊及骨窗扩大术,观察神经功能和生命体征的改变;假手术组4只,仅右侧颞部钻孔,不行球囊注水。结果实验组动物随着球囊注水量的增加,血压和心率先兴奋后抑制至衰竭,注水(4.9±1.0)mL出现双侧瞳孔散大;自主呼吸先快后慢,注水(5.9±0.7)mL出现呼吸停止。自主呼吸停止时间越长,恢复期内神经功能缺失、活动障碍程度越明显,生存时间越短。15 min组存活时间>2周。正常组和假手术组术后生命体征和神经功能未见异常。结论球囊注水法建立的Beagle犬急性硬膜下血肿模型成功率高,重复稳定性良好,恢复期存活时间长,可作为动物模型。Objective To establish and assess a model of intracerebral hemorrhage and convalescense after removing the hematoma in beagles by operation.Methods Forty Beagle dogs were randomly divided into control group with 4 dogs,experimental group with 32 dogs and normal operative group with 4 dogs.Respiratory arrest of experiment dogs were induced by injecting water into a balloon on right temporal subdural,at the same time the experiment dogs were given endotracheal intubation and its respiration was maintained by a respirator,then balloon was taken off and bony cavity were extended in different time(15,30,45 and 60 minutes groups) after respiratory arrest.The changes in neural functon and vital signs were observed.Only drilling on temporal bone in control group.Results There are respiratory change from quickness to arrest,mydriasis in both eyes and changes of blood pressure and heartbeat from excitd to exhaustion in experement group by injecting water.Dogs respiratory arrest by injection of water was(4.9±1.0)mL,mydriasis in both eyes in(5.9±0.7)mL.The longer time of dogs respiratory arrest,the more deficient neural funcion,serious behavioral changes and shorter living time in convalescent period.Conclusions The model of acute subdural hematoma by injecting water into balloon in beagles was reproducible and long living time in convalescent period.It's a reliable method for animal model for further study.
