摘  要:研究了MH/Ni电池充放电循环性能,对电池充放电过程中电化学特性进行了研究,考察了充电过程中充电电流大小和充电方式的不同对电池充电效率以及电池整体性能影响,探索了MH/Ni电池内压产生并且变化的原因。结果表明电池循环性能的降低与电池内阻增加以及电极材料的腐蚀粉化有关;另外脉冲充电时电池内压性能要明显优于恒流充电,而且小电流和脉冲充电对正负极活性材料的破坏较小,因此较大电流快速脉冲充电是一种较好的充电方式。The electrochemical characteristics of MH/Ni battery during the charge-discharge cycles were studied,and the relationship between battery charge process and factors such as charging current and way of charging wasalso investigated.Why the inner pressure characteristics of battery changed was studied too.The results indicate that the attenuation of cycle performance is related to the increase of inner pressure and the erodion of electrode material.On the other hand,inner pressure during the small charge current increases more slowly and much lower than that of the large current charging.The inner pressure characteristics of pulse charging is much better than DC charging.All experimental results show that the pulse charging is more effective.
