摘　　要：毕业生告别校园走向社会,从学生到职员,角色发生重大转变。只有摆正心态,处理好方方面面的关系,成功地迈好第一步才能为将来的有为有位打下基础。The graduates say goodbye to the campus to move towards the society. From a student to a staff member, the role has a bigger transformation. This paper suggests that the graduate square the point of view and make the interpersonal relationships positive.That will be helpful to have a good start and to build a solid foundation for future.
