摘　　要：通过社会对高层次人才的需求、就业竞争能力、教学体制、择业方式与用人制度、就业指导等五个方面,对影响林科大学生的就业成因进行分析,提出了解决林科大学生就业问题的对策,即提高教育质量、就业能力与加强就业指导、择业观念教育。After analyzing the influence of original cause of formation about the forestry's discipline of university students employment,through the demand for high—level intellectual of society,the ability to find a job,the system of teaching,the method to choose a job and employing system,the paper proposed the countermeasures to solve the employment problem of the forestry's discipline of university which improve the quality of education and employment ability,strengthen the career guidance and the concept of choosing a job.
