洁维乐灌肠治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的有效方法。方法将82例患者随机分为治疗组(41例)与对照组(41例)。治疗组用洁维乐、灭滴灵、地塞米松配制的灌肠液灌肠并口服柳氮磺嘧啶(SASP),对照组用灭滴灵、地塞米松配制的灌肠液灌肠并口服柳氮磺嘧啶。结果治疗组和对照组的治愈率和总有效率的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论洁维乐灌肠并口服SASP是治疗慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎的简单有效的方法,有推广价值。Objective To investigate an effective method for treating chronic nonspecific ulcerative colitis (CNUC).Methods Eighty-two patients were divided into the treatment group (41 cases) and control group (41 cases). The treatment group was used retention enema with Colloidal Aluminium Phosgel Gel and taken the tablet of peroral sulfasalazine (SASP);the control group was given peroral SASP without Colloidal Aluminium Phosgel Gel retention enema.Results There were significant differences between the two groups in cure rate and total effective rate(P<0.05).Conclusion Retention enema with Colloidal Aluminium Phosgel Gel and peroral SASP is a simple and effective method for treating CNUC. It is valuable to develop.
