摘　　要：党的十一届三中全会以后,面对新的形势和问题,邓小平以毛泽东关于党的干部教育思想为基础,结合改革开放的实际,提出了一系列富有远见卓识的思想和原则,丰富和发展了我们党的干部教育理论,形成了邓小平关于党的干部教育理论。After the third Session of CPC 11th conferences,Deng Xiaoping had proposed a series of foresight thoughts and principles according to the Theory of CPC Cadre Education of Mao Zedong,facing the new situation and complex questions.The principles enriched and developed the theory of CPC cadre education,thus,Deng Xiaoping's theory on CPC cadre education came into being.
