摘　　要：大学生党员发展工作必须建立“早选苗、早培养、早发展”的工作机制,坚持严格发展程序,不断加强大学生党员的思想政治工作。只有这样,才能推动大学生党员发展工作再上新台阶,再跨新高度。The work of student-communist education in colleges must build up the work mechanism of' choose the seedling early,develop early and develop early',insist the strict development procedure,and strengthen the thought political work of university student's party member continuously.Only thus,student-communist education in colleges can be pushed to ascend again.
