摘  要:目的应用蚓激酶序贯于巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗死并与对照组在凝血3项、血流变学及临床神经功能评分等方面进行比较。方法将60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为蚓激酶序贯于巴曲酶治疗组及巴曲酶对照组,分别于治疗前、治疗后3d、7d、14d、21d、30d测定凝血3项、血流变学及神经功能评分,并进行比较。结果两组病例在治疗前、治疗后3d上述指标无显著差异。凝血3项、血流变学指标治疗后7d、14d、21d、30d上述指标存在显著差异,神经功能评分于治疗后30d存在显著差异。结论蚓激酶序贯于巴曲酶的治疗方法可以有效地抑制纤维蛋白原等指标的反弹,巩固和加强治疗效果。Objective Comparative research on effect of lumbrukinase with batroxobin and batroxobin on the change of hemorrheology,coagulation fibrinolysis system and neurological deficit score in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 60 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into lumbrukinase with batroxobin group and control group(batroxobin group). The changes of coagulation fibrinolysis system and hemorrheology were detected and neurological deficit score was evaluated before administration and the 3d,7d,14d,21d and 30d after administration. Results There was not significantly different between two groups before drug administration and the 3d after administration. However,there was significantly different on the 7d,14d,21d and 30d after administration between two groups. Conclusion It suggestes that lumbrukinase with batroxobin can effectively inhibit rebound of fibrinogen,consolidate the efficacy and reduce forward relapse.
