摘　　要：青少年是国家和民族的未来,他们的素质关系21世纪中国的命运,关系社会主义现代化事业的成败,关系中华民族的兴衰。青少年违法犯罪问题也是困扰法学理论界与司法实践部门的一个难题。但必须承认,青少年犯罪的特点是相对于一般成年犯罪来说,二者之间并没有什么质的区别,只是在某些方面的表现进程和形式不同而已。另一方面,青少年犯罪的特点不是一成不变的,它随着时间、地域、形势的不同而不同,不能用静止、僵化、同一的眼光进行考察与分析。围绕这一问题,作者通过对四川少数民族地区凉山州的青少年犯罪特点的问卷调查,得出以下报告。Youngsters are the future of our country and nation. Their quality is closely related to china' s fate in the 21st century , to the success of socialist modernization, to the properity of Chinese nation , juvenile delinquency is a puzzle that has perplexed law scholars. But we have to admit that compared with characteristics of adultc ri, juvenile delinquency is no different in nature, but it has different process and forms. On the other hand, the characteristics of juvenile delinquenxy won't remain unchanged, it varies with time, location and situation, so we can' t explore and analyze it with a stereotyped viewpoint. With this view in mind, the authors made a survey into the characteristics of juvenile delinquency in Liangshan Prefecture which lies in an ethnic minority region in Sichuan Province, and put forward this report.
