摘　　要：目的探讨牙龈转移癌的临床特点与鉴别。方法对9例牙龈转移癌的临床资料回顾性分析。结果牙龈转移癌原发灶以肺癌为多,临床上易于血管性龈瘤、周边性巨细胞肉芽肿相混淆。结论牙龈转移癌的预后较差,早期发现对治疗和预后有重要意义。Objective To research the clinical features and differences of metastatic tumors in gingivae.Methods 9 cases of metastatic tumors in gingivae to this retro-spective review.Results The most common primary rigion was lung cancer.Clinically,gingivae metastatic tumors were most often confused with hemangioma,pyogenic granuloma.Conclusion The prognosis of metastatic tumors in gingivae is poor. Being diagnosed early is important to their therapy and prognosis.
