摘　　要：目的总结口腔内科门诊病人的心理护理体会。方法首先对口腔内科病人的就诊心理进行分类分析,然后对各种就诊心理在总结经验基础上结合护理学的最新成就提出护理对策。结果将门诊病人的就诊心理分为四大类,并根据心理学和护理学相应理论提出对策。结论对提出的护理对策进行分析,在理论上找出相应的缺陷,以便进一步研究结论门诊病人的心理护理学要医务工作者认真学习,把护理学和心理学知识运用到实际工作中。Objective Summarize experiment about the tend and protect to the patients of outpatient department of dental Department.Methods Analyze the mentality of the outpatient department patient ,then summarize experience and use the knowledge of nurse to table the proposal about the matter.Results Take the maters for four types about the tend of the Oral Department Outpatient, and made countermeasure them. Discussion:Find out the disability about the countermeasure for study steply.Conclusion We medical workers must study and use the knowledge of the nursing and mentality and use them in working.
