摘  要:采用顶部籽晶(TSSG)法生长Er:Yb:KGW晶体.通过研究助熔剂的种类、组成与溶质的比例关系对晶体生长的影响,设计了合理的工艺条件:转速:30~40 r·min-1;拉速:1~2 mm·d-1;降温生长速率:0.05 ℃·h-1;降温速率:15 ℃·h-1;生长周期:15~20 d.通过对晶体缺陷的观察分析认为,晶体裂缝及包裹物等缺陷与生长工艺条件密切相关,应尽量减少生长过程中的温度、浓度及生长速度的波动,保持晶体的稳态生长.The effect of some affection on the growth and defects of laser crystal Er∶Yb∶KGW,including the variety of flux,composition and the proportion of solute.The reasonable technological conditions were designed,the rotational speed: 30~40 r·min-1,the pulling speed: 1~2 mm·d-1;the growing speed drop in temperature: 0.05 ℃·h-1,the speed drop in temperature: 15 ℃·h-1,the period of growth: 15 d.The defects in crystal,including cracking and inclusions were observed.These defects in crystal can be explained by the instability of the growth and cooling,etc.By reducing the temperature,density and the speed-fluctuation during the growth-process in order to keep the crystal growing stably.
