阿立哌唑对精神分裂症患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:比较阿立哌唑与氯氮平治疗精神分裂症的疗效和安全性及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:60例精神分裂症患者分为2组各30例,分别用阿立哌唑(A组)和氯氮平(B组)治疗8周,采用阳性和阴性综合征量表(PAN-SS)、治疗中需处理的不良反应量表(TESS)和世界卫生组织生活质量量表(QOL-100)评定2组疗效,安全性及生活质量的变化。结果:治疗2-8周后,2组PANSS评分差异无显著性意义,但TESS评定不良反应发生率A组明显低于B组,QOL-100评分A组高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症与氯氮平疗效相当,但安全性和生活质量的改善效果优于氯氮平。Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole and clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia and their influence on the patients' life quality.Methods: All 60 patients with schizophrenia diagnosed according to CCMD-3 criteria were randomly assigned to two groups treated with aripiprazole or clozapine respectively for 8 weeks.The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),Treatment Emergent Side effect Scale(TESS) and WHO Quality of Life-100(QOL-100) were used to evaluate the efficacy and adverse effect and influence on the patients' life quality respectively.Results: After 8 weeks,the score of PANSS had no significant difference between the two groups,but the incidence of adverse effects was lower and the score of QOL-100 was higher significantly in the aripiprazole group than in the clozapine group.Conclusion: Aripiprazole is as effective as clozapine in treatment of schizophrenia.But it is much safer than and its influence on the patients' life quality is superior to clozapine.
