摘 要:目的 探索小鼠颈部异位心脏移植技术的改进,建立稳定、可靠的小鼠异位心脏移植模型.方法 采用供心升主动脉与受体颈总动脉,供心肺动脉与受体颈外静脉吻合的方法进行小鼠颈部异位心脏移植.结果 应用本方法完成手术50例,成功46例,供心缺血时间平均为40min,总手术时间在90~100min之间.结论 经改进的手术方法降低了手术难度,缩短了手术时间,能够建立稳定、可靠的小鼠异位心脏移植模型.Objective To develop the technique of heterotopic cervical heart transplantation in mice,and to establish a stable reliable heart transplantation model in mice.Methods The model was made by anastomosing the donor heart ascending aorta and the right common carotid artery of the recipient,anastomosing the donor heart pulmonary artery and the right external jugular vein of the recipient.Results Fifty operations were accomplished,46 recipients with donor hearts survived for more than 7d,and the 7d survival rate was 92%.The ischemic time of the graft averaged 40min,the total operating time was 90-100min.Conclusion The improved technique of the operation reduces the operating difficulty,shortens the operating time,and can establish a stable reliable heart transplantation model in mice.
