摘　　要：根据三年来对某专业学生毕业设计选题、实习过程、答辩情况的跟踪调查,毕业设计环节在实际操作和教育理念上存在明显的不足。通过分析,本文就毕业设计如何发挥教师的作用,提升学生的积极性、主动性,开发学生内在的潜质,帮助学生实现自身价值等方面做了有益的分析和探讨。针对毕业设计选题、设计过程、答辩及评价过程中的问题,对导师应承担的责任从更新观念的角度提出了一些建议。According to the follow-up investigations into some students(choosing their topics on graduation design,doing graduation fieldwork and defending thesis,graduation design is found apparently deficient in practical operation and ideas on education.By analyzing,this paper wakes a beneficial analyzing and inquiry about the following aspects: the way teachers play their roles in the graduation design;the way students 'initiative be chanced;the way students' inherent potentials be enlightened;the way students 'self-values be achieved.Besides,this paper gives some advices on tutor's responsibility in a more up-date way in accordance with problems in choosing topics on graduation design,design process,,defending thesis and evaluation.
