摘 要:为了评价密封条在车门关闭过程中的压缩特征,应用数值模拟技术求解非线性连续介质力学问题.以桑塔纳2000(S2000)车门密封条为例,介绍了对密封条进行有限元分析的方法和步骤.通过计算可得S2000车门密封条的压缩载荷与压缩量的关系为非线性关系,密封条垂直压缩7mm时,压缩力为33.7 N.根据大众汽车企业标准4S/J.CG09.6.2-01,S2000密封条在标准压缩7mm时的压缩力应为(25+3/-5)N,因此,S2000密封条的压缩负荷超出标准范围,需要进行优化设计.同时,与使用中的S2000密封条测试结果对比,其误差在11%以内.表明应用数值模拟技术求解非线性连续介质力学问题是行之有效的.In order to evaluate the compression deformation of the seal during the door closing,numerical simulation technique was used to solve the problem of nonlinear continuous medium mechanics.The finite element methods and steps were introduced to analyze the seal deformation,e.g.Santana 2000 seal.The results show that the relation between the load and the compression of S2000 seal is nonlinear.The load is 33.7 N when the compression of the seal is 7 mm.According to the enterprise standard of Shanghai Volkswagen Co.Ltd.,4S/J.CG09.6.2-01,the load is(25+3/-5)N when the compression of the seal is 7 mm.This is beyond the range of the standard and it is necessary to optimize the structure of seal.Meanwhile,the comparison between the calculation and experimental results shows that there is 11% error and the numerical simulation technique is effective to solve the problems of nonlinear continuous medium mechanics.
