摘　　要：运用PDCA循环原理对学生学习质量进行管理,能收到较好效果。在计划阶段,要综合分析前一学期全班学习成绩,制定新学期的班级学习质量计划;在实施阶段,要激发学习热情,治理学习环境,树立学习榜样;在检查阶段,明确计划完成程度,观察总体分布状态,研究成绩动态,进行假设检验;在处理阶段,总结经验教训,把学习引向深入。The application of PDCA circulation can achieve good effect in the management of class learning quality.In planning period,teachers should analyze learning performance of the whole class in former semester,constitute class learning quality plan for new semester;in implementation period,teachers should inspire students′ learning enthusiasm,manage learning environment,and establish learning model;in examination period,teachers should clarify the completion degree of the plan,observe the overall distribution status,study on performance dynamics and carry out hypothesis checkout;in disposition period,teachers should conclude experiences and lessons,etc.
