浅析长洲水利枢纽工程对环境的影响及环保措施

摘　　要：长洲水利枢纽是一座以发电为主、兼有航运、灌溉和养殖等综合利用效益的大型水利枢纽。工程建设产生的有利影响主要体现在产生清洁能源、渠化航道,起到调整广西电网系统、提高电网质量的作用。不利影响主要是水库淹没损失和移民安置环境影响,大坝阻隔洄游性鱼类洄游通道,淹没库区鱼类产卵场、工程施工对梧州市水源地的影响以及产生的水土流失等。通过实施工程、植物等环境保护措施,减轻或防范不利影响,实现工程社会效益、经济效益和环境效益的协调发展。Changzhou hydraulic complex is a large-scale comprehensive hydro project privileged to electric power generation,incorporating with navigation,irrigation and aquiculture.The favorable influences include producing clean energy,channelization of waterway,regulating Guangxi electrical network system and improving network quality.The unfavorable influences include reservoir inundation losses,environmental influence resulting from inhabitant resettlement,the return channel of migration fish being cut off by the dam,submergence of fish spawning yard,affecting the water source of Wuzhou city and soil erosion caused by project construction etc.The unfavorable influences can be prevented or alleviated with project or plant protective measures,so as to realize the coordinate development of the social benefit,economic benefit and environment benefit.
