摘　　要：对经染色得到的真菌孢子彩色图像进行分割,可以为抗真菌药物的疗效评价提供依据。为了更好地采用HSI颜色模型提取真菌孢子,本文首先通过预处理将真菌孢子图像按深浅分为几类,然后针对不同的类别采用不同的阈值进行分割。在正式的处理步骤中,采用HSI颜色模型与边缘提取结合的方法,就可以较好地提取出真菌孢子。The segmentation of color spore images can provide objective estimate for curative effect.In order to make better use of HSI Color model,we firstly sort the spore images into dark ones and light ones.Then according to different sorts,we use different thresholds.During the segmentation process,the combination of HSI Color model and edge detection can define the spore.The effect is good.
