摘 要:本文主反射镜采用边缘固定形式,主、次反射镜支撑结构能有效且稳定的调节主反射镜与次反射镜的位置关系,在工作过程中为保证其主反射镜与次反射镜的距离不变(在温度的变化中),利用线膨胀系数小的殷钢杆连接次反射镜与本体。利用FEM分析次镜在此结构支撑下的谐振频率,是否避开飞机的谐振频率。以及主反射镜在此结构支撑条件下自重及温度所引起的面形变化,通过计算所得镜面变形的PV值和RMS值来评价是否超差。In this paper,main reflector is fixed on edge,the position relations between the main reflector and the secondary reflector can be adjusted by the fasten architecture.In order to keep the distance between the main reflector and the secondary reflector,we use the invar steel to connect the reflector and the main body.The harmonic frequency of secondary reflector is analyzed by FEM.Whether it can avoid the harmonic frequency of airplane or not is demonstrated.The surface shape distortion of main and secondary reflector under deadweight and temperature is also described,The tolerance of distortion is calculated through PV and RMS value.Finally the light weight scheme of the main and secondary reflector is given.
