摘 要:活性污泥1号模型(ASM1)是污水处理领域应用最为广泛的一个模型,但由于其大部分组分浓度难以测量,有的目前甚至无法测量,这给模型应用带来了一定的困难。针对这一问题,本文引入软测量技术,分别在出水端和入水端建立软测量模型,实现了难测的组分浓度和易测的常规水质指标之间的实时转换。对海城污水处理厂处理过程的仿真表明,软测量模型是正确的,在ASM1模型的应用过程中使用软测量技术是完全可行的。ASM1 (activated sludge model NO. 1) is the most widely applied model in the field of wastewater treatment. But it is hard to measure the concentrations of most components when ASMl is applied. And there is even no means to measure the concentrations of some components at present time. So that it brings difficulties to the application of ASMl. In order to settle the problem, soft-measure technology is put forward and soft-measure model is set at the influent side and effluent side. The concentrations of the components that are hard to measure and the water quality indexes that can be gotten much easier can be real-time converted into each other. The soft-measure model is proved correct by the simulation of the wastewater treatment process in Haicheng wastewater treatment plant. And it also proves that the use of soft-measure technology is absolutely feasible when ASMl is applied.
