摘 要:本文阐述了全数字噪声实时分析仪的设计思路。指出了原有噪声检测仪器的设计缺陷,提出了应用DSP技术结合高速A/D采样进行信号处理,以及通过ARM微处理器控制采样和显示等新技术设计的全数字噪声实时分析仪。它集噪声参数测量、频谱分析和振动分析等多种功能于一机,其精度达到IEC61672-2002的国际标准。通过这种原理设计的仪器很好地体现了全数字、便携式、高精度、实时环境噪声和振动检测的特点。结果表明该仪器很好地满足了国内对于非稳态噪声测量的需要。In this paper, a new acoustic vibration analyzer,based on analysis of the limitations of original design of noise measuring apparatus , is introduced , which adopts ARM controlled techniques of sampling and displaying and DSP techniques of signal processing that combining with high speed A/D sampling. It has integrated several functions of frequency spectrum analysis,vibration analysis,noise data measuring and etc. Next, the principle and design method of the acoustic vibration analyzer are introduced in detail. The functions and the precision of the acoustic vibration analyzer met the international standards of IEC61672-2002. We point out the advantages of the apparatus with the design method discussed in this paper. As a result, the apparatus has sufficiently domestic demand of unstability noise measuring.
