三种波长激光联合治疗颌面部草莓状血管瘤

摘　　要：目的探讨多种波长激光联合治疗颌面部草莓状血管瘤的疗效。方法颌面部草莓状血管瘤患者428例,首先采用泵浦染料激光(SPTL)治疗,术后第6周若病变消退>50%,继续SPTL治疗,直至病变完全消失;若病变消退<50%,改用Nd∶YAG激光治疗,治疗后血管瘤厚度>1·5mm继续该激光治疗,瘤体厚度<1·5mm,改用SPTL治疗。上述激光治疗后均用He-Ne激光照射创面。结果随访3个月至3年,治愈307例,治愈率71·7%;显效121例,显效率28·3%。显效患者中病变面积较大者出现轻度萎缩性瘢痕。结论多种波长激光联合治疗颌面部血管瘤具有治疗周期短,并发症少,治愈率高等优点,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To study the results of strawberry hemangioma on cheek treated by three kinds of laser.Methods Totally 428 cases with strawberry hemangioma on cheek were treated by 585nm SPTL laser, 1064nm Nd∶YAG laser, and 632.8nm He-Ne laser.Results All patients were followed up for 3 months to three years.From them 307 cases had satisfactory results except for 121 cases with partial skin scar.Conclusions Combined three kinds of laser treatment for strawberry hemangioma on cheek is characterized by short cure period, low complication occurrence and high cure rate.It deserves to be recommended in clinic.
