P16蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的了解P16蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性表达情况及其与胃癌病理特征、预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学链霉菌素-生物素法(S-P法),对72例胃癌组织行P16蛋白检测,并与胃黏膜正常的20例检测结果对照。结果P16蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率明显低于其在正常胃粘膜组织中的表达率;在低分化、未分化胃癌组织中的阳性表达率明显低于高、中分化胃癌组织(P<0.01);在有淋巴结转移的胃癌中,P16蛋白阳性表达率为31.91%(15/47),而无淋巴结转移组P16蛋白阳性表达率为60.0%(15/25),两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05);P16蛋白阳性表达与浸润深度无明显关系。结论P16蛋白表达缺失与胃癌的发生、分化程度及淋巴结转移有密切关系。检测胃癌组织中P16蛋白表达状况可作为临床判断胃癌病理特征、转移潜能及其患者预后的一项重要分子指标。Objective To understand the relationship between P16 expression and biologic behavior of gastric carcinoma.Methods S-P immunohistochemical methods were used in this study gastric tissues.Results The expression levels of P16 protein in normal gastric tissues and gastric carcinoma tissues are separately 100.0%(20/20) and 41.67%(30/72),in which the significant difference is shown(P<0.05).The expression levels of P16 protein in differentiated types and un-differentiated types have also shown the significant difference(P<0.01).In the cases with or without lymphatic metastasis,the positive rates of P16 protein are 31.91%(15/47) and 60%(15/25),they are significant different(P<0.05).The positive rate of P16 protein is not related to the cancerous infiltration degrees of gastric carcinoma(P>0.05).Conclusion The defective expression of P16 protein is correlated with the development,histological grades and lymphatic metastasis of gastric carcinoma.The expression of P16 protein in gastric carcinoma tissues may judge the tumor biological behavior,the risk of lymphnode metastasis and it can be served as an important indicator for prognosis.
