痹清胶囊对鸡高尿酸血症模型尿酸代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的:建立与人类代谢相似的高尿酸血症动物模型,观察中药复方制剂痹清胶囊对其血尿酸代谢的影响并探讨机理。方法:选用鸡为模型动物,以高蛋白,高钙饲料制备造模剂,塑造高尿酸血症模型,于造模第七天选取血尿酸水平大于80mg/L的蛋鸡,分组给药,观察痹清胶囊3个剂量组连续灌胃给药2周后,检测血尿酸和XOD活力的变化。结果:模型组用药后,模型鸡的血尿酸值显著下降,粪便尿酸排泄量增加,血清XOD活性降低。结论:痹清胶囊有明显的降尿酸作用,其机制可能是既抑制尿酸生成又促进尿酸排泄。Objective:To establish hyperuricemia model animal with similarities to the human metabolism,to observe the effect of Biqing capsule in compound Chinese herbal medicine prescription on the uric acid metabolism and explore the mechanism.Methods:Chicken was selected as the animal medel,and high protein and calcium diet was used to induce hyperuricemia.At the seventh day,choose chicken whose blood uric acid is bigger than 80 mg/L,then give medicine by group,continuously fills their stomach with 3 different dosages of Biqing capsule for 2 weeks,then examin the changes of their blood uric acid and activity of XOD.Results:The blood uric acid decreased obviously after Biqing capsule were given,with increase in uric acid excretion and decrease in XOD activity.Conclusion:The Biqing capsule can obviously reduce uric acid.The mechanism is likely linked with the restrain of uric acid production and promotion of its excretion.
