摘　　要：目的:探讨超声诊断卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转在急诊中的应用价值。方法:对超声诊断为卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转并手术治疗的43例患者进行回顾性分析。结果:术前、术后诊断符合者39例,误诊4例,确诊率为90.7%,误诊率为9.3%。结论:超声因其操作简便、无创伤性、多角度、实时显像及动态观察等优点已成为妇科急腹症影像学检查之首选,在临床实际工作有很好的应用价值。Objective:To evaluate the applied cost of ultrasonic diagnosis torsion of ovarian tumor in emergency. Methods:A retrospective analysis was made about 43 cases of torsion of ovarian tumor proved by ultrasonic diagnosis and operation. Results:Preoperative diagnosis accorded with postoperative one in 39 cases. False diagnosis were in 4 cases. Final diagnosis rate was 90.7%. Misdiagnosis rate was 9.3%. Conclusion:Because of the advantage of easy operation, woundless, multi-angle, real time display and dynamic observation, the ultrasound had became the preferred in the examination of acute abdomen department of gynaecology
