P-糖蛋白在大肠癌中表达的临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究大肠癌组织中P-糖蛋白的表达,分析其与性别、细胞分化程度、肿瘤浸润深度及Dukes分期的关系,并探讨其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测64例大肠癌标本的P-糖蛋白的表达。结果在所检测的64例大肠癌标本中,阳性者44例,占68.75%。P-糖蛋白表达与性别、肿瘤浸润的深度、Dukes分期无相关性,与肿瘤分化的程度有相关性。结论对大肠癌的P-糖蛋白检测有助于客观地了解患者的耐药情况,为大肠癌的化疗药物的选择提供依据,有利于提高大肠癌的生存期。Objective To study P-glycoprotein’s expression in large intestine carcinoma tissue, analyze its relationship with the gender, differentiation degree of histological cell, the tumor infiltrated depth and the Dukes stage, and explore its clinical significance as well. Methods The immunohistochemical method was used to examine P-glycoprotein’s expression in 64 samples of large intestine carcinoma. Results There were 44 positive cases in these samples, which took up a percentage of 68.75%. It showed that the P-glycoprotein’s expression was correlated with the tumor differentiation degree while not with the gender, the tumor infiltrated depth and the Dukes stage. Conclusions The examination on P-glycoprotein’s expression in large intestine carcinoma helps to find out the patients’ drug resistance objectively, which will provide the basis for the choice of medicines and is beneficial to prolong the living period of the patients.
