冬虫夏草制剂对恶性肿瘤患者化疗后T细胞亚群的影响

摘　　要：目的观察冬虫夏草制剂对肿瘤患者化疗后T细胞亚群的影响。方法对68例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组,一组冬虫夏草制剂加化疗,另一组单纯化疗组。结果冬虫夏草制剂加化疗组化疗后,CD3、CD4细胞比例,CD4/CD8比值较化疗前明显增加。结论冬虫夏草制剂可以改善化疗所致的免疫功能低下。Objective To observe the effect of Cordyceps to T lymphocyte subsets of tumor patients treated with chemotherapy.Methods 68 malignant tumor patients were divided into two groups randomly.One group were treated with chemotherapy,at the same time Cordyceps were given.The other were supplied with chemotherapy only.Results Compared to using chemotherapy alon,the ratio of CD3/CD4 and CD4/CD8 of the group given Cordyceps additionally increased significantly.Conclusions Cordyceps can improve immunological hypofunction state resulted from chemotherapy.
