轮船招商局官督商办经营体制形成的原因及影响

摘　　要：晚清招商局的创办是在官府控制、庇护下,利用上海租界文化环境优势、华人商股实现的,并由此确立官督商办的经营体制。由于官府对招商局的事实占有及侵权损害,致使股东、经理者均无法完整行使其权利义务,招商局在官府的庇护、控制下转向官督官办。China Merchants Steamship Navigation Company in late Qing dynasty was founded under the shelter and control of government,and was government supervised and merchant managed.However,due to the government s infringement and occupation of the Company,both the shareholders and people in charge could not completely fulfill their rights and obligations.As a result,the Company became government supervised and government managed.
