血清胆碱酯酶检测对评价肝病患者预后的临床意义

摘　　要：为了观察血清胆碱酯酶活力与临床肝脏疾病疗效及预后评价的关系,把140例肝病患者按病毒性肝炎诊断标准分为五组;对照组149例为通辽市传染病医院体检人员,均采用速率法测定血清胆碱酯酶活力.五组肝病患者治疗前后组内及各组间的比较均有显著差异.结果表明,肝病患者治疗前后血清胆碱酯酶仍较低或升高不明显,提示肝细胞受损严重,预后不良.In order to observe the choline esterase vigor of serum in the disease curative effect of clinical liver and relation on post-evaluation in advance,Divide 140 cases of liver diseases patient into five groups according to the virus hepatitis diagnostic standard ;It is physical examination personnel of our academy to contrast 149 groups,Adopt the speed law to determine the choline esterase vigor of serum.5 groups of liver diseases patients treat and having a remarkable difference more among every group while organizing from beginning to end.Result indicate serum choline esterase than low or can not be risen obviously still in front and at the back of liver diseases patient treat, brief on the damaged serious prognosis of liver cell badly.
