摘　　要：将质量功能配置(QFD)与证据理论(D-S theory)相结合,建立适合对舰船研制方案进行评估的质量屋。利用质量屋把评价指标与军方需求联系起来,建立研制方案评价指标体系及权重,采用证据推理方法,对评价指标的不完全性模糊判断进行融合处理,并结合最大期望值决策准则,对舰船研制方案进行综合评价,得到一种科学合理的评估方法。Unify QFD and evidence theory to establish a house of quality which suits to evaluate the warship development plan.Use the house of quality to establish the appraisal target system and weight of the development program.Use the evidence inference method to fusion process the uncompleted fuzzy judgment of the evaluation targets,in order to reduce judgment subjectivity and increase its objectivity,then unify the greatest expected value decision-making criterion to make synthesis appraisal of the warship develo...
