摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌患者MMP9和C-erbB-2的表达与转移的之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组化法对48例乳腺癌患者MMP9和C-erbB-2阳性者进行检验分析。结果:48例中MMP9阳性过表达有34例,C-erbB-2阳性过表达31例,两者均阳性表达者26例。淋巴结转移中MMP9阳性过表达有17例(85%),C-erbB-2阳性过表达18例(90%),两者表达与转移密切相关。结论:在乳腺癌患者中MMP9和C-erbB-2表达提示转移几率增加,可以作为乳腺癌的预后指标。Objective:To observe the expression and its significances of MMP9 and C-erbB-2 protein in breast cancer.Methods:Expression of MMP9 and C-erbB-2 protein in 48 patients with breast cancer was measured with immunohistochemistry methods.Results:MMP9 protein hyper-express positively in 34 of 48 breast cancer.C-erbB-2 protein express positively in 31 breast cancer.And they express positively in 26 breast cancer.The positive hyper-expression of MMP9 and C-erbB-2 protein was detected respectively in 17 and 18 breas...
