摘　　要：目的建立测定美伐他汀发酵液中有效成分美伐他汀酸和美伐他汀酯含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,EclipseXDB-C18色谱柱,流动相为0.1%磷酸水溶液-乙腈(30:70),流速0.8 ml.min-1;柱温30℃;检测波长238 nm;进样量10μl。结果美伐他汀酸和美伐他汀酯0.005~0.500 mg.ml-1线性关系良好,r分别为0.9998和0.9999;回收率为99.8%~100.1%。结论所建方法具有简单快速、高效灵敏、回收率高、重复性好等优点,为发酵液效价的质量控制提供了依据。OBJECTIVE The method of RP-HPLC was set up to determine the effective constituents in Mevastatin fermentation solution.METHODS The optimum conditions of extracting was to use CH3COOC2H5 solution as extraction reagent and oscilate in oscillator.The optimum chromatogram conditions were as following:Eclipse XDB-C18(125 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)was adopted as chromatographic column;0.1% H3PO4-CH3CN(30:70) was used as mobile phase;the flow rate was 0.8 ml·min-1 and the detective wavelength was at 238 nm;the column tempera...
