摘　　要：目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子β(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-β)基因多态性与膀胱移行细胞癌易感性的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应—限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术对膀胱移行细胞癌患者75例及正常对照52例的TNF-β基因的单碱基突变多态性进行分析。结果:膀胱移行细胞癌患者的TNF-β*2等位频率(40.7%)较正常人(24.0%)明显升高,存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:TNF-β*2等位基因的频率升高与膀胱移行细胞癌的易患性有着一定的关系。Objective: To investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of TNF beta and susceptibility to transitional cell carcinoma of bladder.Methods: The single base change polymorphism in TNF beta gene was detected among 75 patients with transitional cell carcinoma of bladder and 52 controls by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).Results: The gene frequency of the TNF beta* 2(40.6%) was significantly higher in patients with transitional cell carcinoma of bladder tha...
