摘　　要：目的:探讨脑卒中专门化生存质量量表(SS-QOL)译本在冀南地区的信度。方法:对112名冀南地区脑卒中患者进行SS-QOL译本评定,采用重测信度,评定者间信度和内部一致信度对SS-QOL译本进行信度研究。结果:随访发病后60例轻、中度脑卒中患者,重测信度与评定者间信度的Kappa值均在0.8以上,内部一致信度的Cronbach’sα系数均大于0.8。结论:SS-QOL中译本在冀南地区轻、中度脑卒中患者中具有良好的信度。Objective:To study on reliability of the Chinese version of Stroke-specific Quality(SS-QOL)of Life.Methods:In 112 stroke patients from the south of Ji,the reliability was evaluated by using measure reliability again and again,and reliability in raters and between raters.Results:Subjects with mild and moderate stroke completed the SS-QOL(n = 60),and inter-test(kappa coefficient> 0.8)and internal consistent(Cronbach s a coefficient > 0.8).Conclusion:The good reliability was found in mild and moderate s...
